On behalf of the entire HOA Board, we thank you for joining tonight's annual meeting.  We had a full house and accomplished a lot, including the voting in of 2 new board members.  Joe Roberts and Henry Ward, you have both been a welcomed presence at our monthly meetings since becoming homeowners in Lake Country Village and we are grateful for your interest in and commitment to our community.  For the first time in many months we have a full board and we are so pleased to have you on the team.  Welcome !

A warm thanks to outgoing board member/treasurer, John Burdo.  Your hard work and dedication to completing our 2013-2014 budget prior to leaving is very much appreciated.  We couldn't have done it without you.  Best of luck in your move to the other side of the neighborhood!

Finally, after a tireless two terms as board President, your dedication made an impact in not only our community but in the cohesiveness of the board you led.  Thank you, Sue Phillips, and kudos for all of your efforts.  Not letting you off too easy, we are pleased to have you on board as a mere VP for the next term! 

We assure you that the board and our attorney are working diligently to honor the mission of Lake Country Village.  We thank you for your support and are very optimistic about the year ahead.  Keep following LCV News for updates to our Property Manager contact information, as the team of Adam and PJ Whitbeck, from Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates, fill the role effective May 18th.
